• 1. What is Requesty? We are a professional directory. We help fans/brands find you and send you requests for collabs or custom work. We aren’t your agent; we are the bridge.
• 2. Your Profile: We may show publicly available information so others can find you. You can create an account to manage how you appear, update your listing, or ask us to remove it. You’re responsible for keeping your login safe.
• 3. Don’t Be a Jerk: No spam, no harassment, and no illegal stuff. If you send weird or fake requests, we will ban you.
• 4. The Deal is Yours: If a fan sends you a request and you decide to work together, that’s between you and them. We aren’t responsible if a brand doesn’t pay or a creator doesn’t show up. We just deliver the message.
• 5. Fees: Right now, Requesty is free. In the future, we might charge for fancy features or take a small cut of deals, but we’ll let you know before that happens.
• 6. Our Content Rights: When you upload photos or videos to your profile, you’re giving us permission to show them on the site so people can see how cool you are.
• 7. Liability: We provide this site "as-is." We aren’t responsible for mistakes in public data or for any business deals that go south.
• 8. Delaware Law: Since we are a Delaware company, any legal fights happen there under Delaware rules.
